On the Wednesday, February 26, 2025, episode of General Hospital, Drew threw Jason under the bus while Josslyn decided to change her life.
Willow Believes Every Lie out of Drew’s Mouth
Proving he was a crooked politician through and through who any cult member would believe despite everyone warning them not to, Drew (Cameron Mathison) lied through his teeth and told the police that Jason (Steve Burton) was not with him the night before. Jason was sure Drew wouldn’t be that low as to outright lie to the authorities, but Drew was brazen with his lies and even agreed to sign a sworn affidavit.
Carly (Laura Wright) was furious that Drew would do such a thing and begged Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) to wake the heck up and stop believing him. But to Willow, Drew could do no wrong. He took her back to his house where Willow was amazed that Carly kept calling Drew a liar. He was a congressman! How could he lie??? Surely upstanding members of Congress would never do such a thing in Willow’s weird world.
Back at the PCPD, Diane managed to get Jason out of jail. She assessed the change in him and decided that Jason was getting careless because his priorities had changed and he was putting his son before work. Still, Jason and Anna (Finola Hughes) were determined to figure out who killed Cyrus (Jeff Kober) because it had to be a professional.
Josslyn Joins the WSB
Professional killer Josslyn (Eden McCoy) told Jack (Chris McKenna) that if she joined the WSB she wouldn’t kill anyone. Jack promised there were others who would do that. He wanted her to continue as a college student and be an undercover person who could get into places older agents could not. Jack was like an Army recruiter, telling Joss she could make a difference in the world if she became an agent.
Joss finally agreed to do it in honor of Dex (Evan Hofer). He was all for making the world a better place so she was going to do it for him. However, Joss could not tell anyone what she was up to, not even her mother. Josslyn was then stunned when Jack told her that she had to leave for WSB training that night without saying goodbye to anyone. Carly will certainly love knowing her daughter took off to parts unknown without a word.
Chase’s Big Idea
Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) was taken aback when Chase (Josh Swickard) suggested they use Finn (Michael Easton) as a sperm donor. Chase was so gung-ho about the idea that he wanted them to call Finn that night and ask him. After all, Finn made such wonderful kids, as evidenced by Violet’s perfection. Brook Lynn informed Chase that she didn’t think this was such a good idea. How would Finn feel about letting another couple raise his child and how would a child feel one day learning their uncle was their biological father?
Finn thought they could sort all of that out later, but Brook Lynn brought up Molly (Kristen Vaganos), Kristina (Kate Mansi), and their disaster surrogacy as a reason they should steer clear of this idea.
Tracy’s Strike At Drew
Tracy (Jane Elliot) announced to the family that she had a cease and desist order out there ensuring that Drew could no longer use the Quartermaine name. She expected the others to be happy, but Lois (Rena Sofer) didn’t think it was right. Drew was a Quartermaine and should be able to keep his name. Besides, what about Scout (Cosette Abinante)? Tracy said that Scout could remain a Quartermaine since she was Alana’s granddaughter, but Drew had to be a Cain.
Gio (Giovanni Mazza) finally spoke up and said that he liked having his father’s last name even thought he never met him. he thought Scout wouldn’t feel like she belonged if her dad had a different last name from her. Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) and Ned (Wally Kurth) agreed, but Tracy did not. However, she did tell Gio that she wished he was a member of the family and Drew was not.
