On the Monday, February 17, 2025, episode of General Hospital, Elizabeth was the first amateur to impress Anna through this Cyrus mess.
Liz Does It Best
Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) was so proud of the evidence that she and Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) had gathered about Cyrus (Jeff Kober) that she couldn’t wait to tell Jason (Steve Burton) all about it. When she spotted him sitting in the PCPD interrogation room, she snuck in and let him know that she was on the case. She just wanted Jason to focus on Danny.
Liz’s next stop was Anna’s office where the commissioner learned that there were yet more citizens going rogue and doing their own investigations into the Digitalis deaths. However, Liz had real evidence, or at least enough evidence to help them find more evidence. She even found a receipt for syringes sent to Paul Damascus. It was a biblical name and Liz was sure that was Cyrus’ alias. Anna agreed to follow these leads, but that wasn’t good enough for Liz. She begged Anna to do more so Anna left her office and said she would.
Sasha’s Big Idea
Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) also visited Jason at the PCPD and told him all about what happened with Elaine (Judy Kain) and Mavis. While she was grateful they were okay, she was even more grateful that Elaine had told her that someone was having her watched. Sasha thought it must be Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and wanted Jason to not just let people think he was her baby daddy. She wanted him to come right out and say it.
As Sasha went to leave, she spotted Willow there. Tracy (Jane Elliot) had Willow’s car impounded so she was there to pay the fine. Sasha thought it was as good a time as any to go public with her new fake relationship, so she told Jason to go with it before pulling him in for a passionate kiss. Willow, Anna, and Mac (John J. York) were stunned by the display.
Curious Carly
Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright) spent the hour catching up in her kitchen. Carly was stunned when Sonny told her he made Ava (Maura West) an offer for 50/50 custody of Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola). That wasn’t like Sonny at all and she wanted to know what was really going on. Sonny told her that he was doing what was best for Avery. Besides. he had to focus on finding whoever set his apartment on fire.
Carly changed the subject to the rumors about Sasha’s baby. Sonny did a double take when Carly mentioned that Jason was the purported father. He knew Jason and Sasha weren’t in a relationship and assumed it must have been a one-night stand. (It was but with Michael.)
Carly wanted to support Jason but also wanted the scoop if he was just faking it. Carly knows better than anyone (except Sam) that Jason has a habit of pretending to be the father of pregnant women’s babies. Sonny convinced Carly that she needed to stay out of it. Or at least he thinks he did.
Ready for Valentine’s Day…And Murder
Joss (Eden McCoy) was more excited than Trina (Tabyana Ali) when Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) sent a text asking Trina out for Valentine’s Day. Trina didn’t want to leave Joss. They had planned to make dinner and hang out together. Trina knew that it was Joss’ first Valentine’s Day without Dex (Evan Hofer) and realized how hard it was. Then again, it was Trina’s second Valentine’s Day without Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) after they shared their first kiss on that holiday two years ago.
After much prodding, Trina finally agreed to go. She got dressed to the nines for a night at The Savoy and left. Josslyn also dressed up — in all black so she could head to Cyrus’ hideaway just outside town. She made sure to take Dex’s gun with her.
Meanwhile, Cyrus prepared for another kill. He filled a syringe with Digitalis and learned that Elizabeth was at home before he got in his car to kill her.
