On the Friday, February 21, 2025, episode of General Hospital, Jack came to Josslyn’s rescue — and had quite the idea for the rest of her life.
Josslyn’s Big Ol’ Mess
Josslyn (Eden McCoy) was shocked when Jack (Chris McKenna) asked if she wanted to call the police or have the WSB take care of things. He pointed out that it would be hard to prove self-defense so it was a good thing that she didn’t call the police and only called him. In fact, he was right outside the whole time, but he never expected Josslyn to shoot and kill Cyrus (Jeff Kober).
Jack took Josslyn back to the WSB offices and had her shower and change. He then told Collette what happened and asked her to get a team out there to clean up all but one thing. Jack even had big plans for Josslyn that he revealed after she changed.
Jack told Joss that he was impressed when she came to him for Rice Plaza drone footage. He knew then that she had what it took to be a spy. He wanted to recruit this silly girl for the WSB but Josslyn wasn’t game. Jack let her go but was sure she’d change her mind and be back.
Back in the woods, Anna (Finola Hughes) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) got a lead on Cyrus’ whereabouts, but when they entered his hideout, they found nothing.
Lucky’s in Luck
Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) reported that Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) was in guarded condition. He brought Liz (Rebecca Herbst) and Aiden (Colin Cassidy) to see him while Laura (Genie Francis) and Lulu (Alexa Havins) caught up. Aiden told his dad how much he liked having him back in Port Charles, but then Lucky coded. Isaiah and Portia (Brook Kerr) did their best to revive him.
Meanwhile, Laura informed Lulu that Cyrus was the one who caused her liver failure and he would have killed her had she not come out of her coma when she did. Finally, Portia reported that Lucky was out of the woods and would ultimately be okay.
The True Quartermaine
Drew (Cameron Mathison) had zero desire to keep the peace with Jason (Steve Burton) and told him just that. He didn’t care that Jason wanted to call a truce for Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) sake — and for the kids’ sake. Sam wanted Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and Scout (Cosette Abinante) together and he knew they had to get along for that to happen. Drew still didn’t care.
Instead, Drew gave Jason a poor me act and told him how he’d tried everything to be a proper Quartermaine, but all he did was sleep with his nephew’s wife and now he is out of favor. Jason is a hitman and the Qs love him so how is that fair? Drew wished Susan Moore had brought him home to Port Charles and had left Jason behind.
When Jason got home, he walked in on Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) loudly telling Tracy (Jane Elliot) that he was the father of her baby. Tracy then told Jason he was a true Q.
Brook Lynn’s Saga
Chase (Josh Swickard) could hardly believe that Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) had a baby when she was a teenager and gave it up for adoption. Brook Lynn was relieved that Chase wasn’t mad, but he stressed that they didn’t need to tell each other everything about their past. They were entitled to privacy even when married. Brook Lynn confessed that the baby’s father didn’t even know he had a child out there.
Brook Lynn explained that she immediately knew she couldn’t keep her baby and would give it up for adoption. So, she went on tour with Lois (Rena Sofer) for five months and then she came home after giving birth. Lois arranged a closed adoption and Brook Lynn didn’t even know if she’d had a boy or a girl. She sometimes became curious about her child, but didn’t want to disrupt his or her life at this point. She only imagined that her child was living a happy life. Little does she know…
