On the Tuesday, March 18, 2025, episode of General Hospital, Valentin bargains for his life with Sonny.
Sonny Learns a Lot

With a gun trained on him, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) very politely explained to Sonny (Maurice Benard) that he left some things there last summer and would like to take them with him now. Sonny told Valentin this was his house now so no way. Sonny wanted to shoot Valentin dead but Val offered Sonny information. He told him that Jack was the one who ordered him to switch Sonny’s bipolar meds last year.

He also told Sonny that he knew who planted the bomb in his penthouse. It was a hitman whose name he gave to Sonny. He even told him that he had been trying to track the man down, as well as a missing Pikeman package. Sonny finally let Valentin go without killing him. Val headed straight to Laura’s (Genie Francis) where he got ready to knock on the door. However, he hesitated and looked as if he had an idea before he proceeded.
Saving Carly

At the hospital, Anna (Finola Hughes) sprung into action the moment she heard that Carly (Laura Wright) had polonium poisoning. She called Robin (Kimberly McCullough) and had her explain to Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) how to keep Carly stable while they waited for the WSB to deliver the antidote Robin invented years ago. While the doctors worked on Carly, Isaiah had to talk Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) out of calling her family. After Carly nearly went into cardiac arrest, the antidote arrived. Jack (Chris McKenna) was in tears by the time Carly opened her eyes wondering how the heck she got there.

At the Q mansion, Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) had just told Jason (Steve Burton) about her encounter with Willow. They were looking at the ultrasound pics when Anna called Jason and told him to get to the hospital right away because of Carly. As for Carly, daughter? Josslyn (Eden McCoy) remained in spy school as her instructor warned her that she would have to lie to the people close to her for the rest of her life. Her instructor tried to break her down, but Joss was determined to see this whole thing through.
Complicated Situations

Chase’s (Josh Swickard) jaw dropped to the floor as Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) told him that Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) was the father of the child she had in high school all those years ago. She explained that she and Dante would sneak away to talk at night while they were in camp. One night they started kissing and one thing led to another. By the time she learned she was pregnant, she couldn’t wait to get home.
Brook Lynn insisted that this didn’t have to change things between her and Chase but Chase begged to differ. His best friend fathered a child with his wife when he couldn’t. To him that changed everything. He even felt Dante had the right to know he had another child out there, but Brook Lynn begged Chase not tell him. She didn’t want to disrupt his life or her son’s.

Meanwhile, Lulu (Alexa Havins) and Dante grew closer over at Laura’s place. Lulu even wanted Rocco (Finn Carr) to move in with her but Dante didn’t think it would be a good idea. He reasoned that Rocco had been through enough upheaval the last few months. Besides, Sam (Kelly Monaco) wanted to keep the kids together and Rocco liked being with Danny (Asher Antonyzyn), who he considered a brother. Lulu pointed out that Scout (Cosette Abinante) no longer lives with the Qs but Dante reasoned that was because he was a terrible father.
