On the Wednesday, February 5, 2025, episode of The Young and the Restless, spoilers tease Diane coming out of hiding to change things up in the Genoa City corporate world.
What Will Diane Do?
Diane (Susan Walters) has been laying low for a while as other stories have played out. but now the Abbotts are coming back into the forefront so Diane needs something to do. She is set to make a major decision on Wednesday that will shock her family.
Surely this is a business decision on the business soap. With everyone changing jobs and CEO titles all the time, is Diane about to start her own company since that is what everyone does in Genoa City? Or will she go to work for Billy (Jason Thompson) since he is once again starting his own company? Starting a company is so easy when you are already filthy rich.
Meanwhile, Jack (Peter Bergman) gives his brother some unsolicited advice. Something tells us that is not going to go over very well and has something to do with Diane’s decision.
Victor Confides in Victoria
Over on the Newman side of town, The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is taking it easy at home where he has a long talk with Victoria (Amelia Heinle). When he opens up to his daughter, does he show his more vulnerable side or is this all about business?
After all, if the Abbotts are up to something on the corporate end, then the Newmans must stay on top of it all, right? It looks like Y&R is heading back to the board room when Victor has no idea that Ian Ward (Ray Wise) is still alive.
