On the Wednesday, January 29, 2025, episode of General Hospital, Carly found her time in Germany is going to be a lot more eventful than expected.
Jack Thanks Carly the Right Way
An unsuspecting Jack (Charles Mesure) was stunned and terrified when Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) snuck up behind him and put a cord around his neck, declaring that this was for Prague. Valentin growled that he was getting Jack back for having Valentin shot at in front of his daughter. Jack managed to get up off the massage table and fight Valentin, with Carly (Laura Wright) hearing the ruckus outside the room.
Valentin knocked Jack out and was ready to lay the final blow when Carly whacked him over the head with a vase. Valentin got away as Carly tried to wake Jack. When he finally did get up, Carly was relieved as Jack thanked her for saving his life. Carly went back to her room before Jack made a phone call and put out a hit on Valentin.
While Carly quietly sipped wine, there was a knock at her door. It was Jack. As soon as he saw Carly, he gave her a sly smile and pulled her in for a passionate kiss.
Jason Confronts Sasha
Jason (Steve Burton) asked Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) if Michael (Chad Duell) knew that the baby she was carrying was his. Sasha took Jason to task for jumping to that conclusion, but Jason confessed that Michael had told him that he had a one-night stand with Sasha the night she learned that Cody was her cousin. Sasha finally admitted that Michael was her baby daddy, but she needed him to keep it a secret.
Sasha explained that Michael had agreed to step aside for the baby’s sake. She didn’t want her child to be raised as a Quartermaine or a Corinthos for obvious reasons. Jason agreed to respect Sasha’s choice just as she felt the baby move for the first time. Sasha put Jason’s hand on her tummy with Cody (Josh Kelly) watching behind them. Cody was already stunned after Gio (Giovanni Mazza) told him that Sasha was pregnant.
Tracy Gets Her Nails Done
A trip to the nail salon turned chaotic for Tracy (Jane Elliot), Lois (Rena Sofer), and Olivia (Lisa LoCicero). Tracy couldn’t stop going on about how Sasha was now going to be a single mother who would need support. Olivia suggested supporting her but Tracy wouldn’t hear of it.
Marty (Michael E. Knight) was also at the salon for a pedicure and blasted Tracy for always being in someone else’s business. He accused Tracy of only wanting Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) kids to get back at Drew (Cameron Mathison). Marty was also still smarting from the incident last year when Tracy ruined his relationship with Lucy (Lynn Herring).
Bad News For Brook Lynn
Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) was shocked when Chase (Josh Swickard) told her that he was sterile. He wanted her to know what it was like to be pregnant and suggested they try IVF, but Brook Lynn only wanted to focus on Chase’s feelings. Chase needed to be alone to think so he took a walk and that’s when Brook Lynn broke down in tears.
Brook Lynn quickly called Lois and asked her to come home. When Lois got there, Brook Lynn sobbed while in her mother’s arms. She told Lois the news and wondered if the baby she gave up for adoption would be the only biological child that she had.
Portia Stuns Anna
After telling Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) that Sam (Kelly Monaco) was murdered, Portia (Brook Kerr) finally decided to tell the police commissioner. She asked Anna (Finola Hughes) to come to her office where she told her all about the Digitalis murders. Anna was surprised when she heard that the victims were Dex (Evan Hofer) and Sam.
By the elevators, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Lulu (Alexa Havins) discussed Sam and Dante’s grief. Dante assured Lulu that he did not blame her for Sam’s death and was grateful she was no longer in a coma. He only wanted Lulu to take care of herself and not keep pushing her body to do hard things after just receiving a liver transplant.
Anna soon approached them and asked to talk to Dante. He wanted Lulu to stay, so she got to hear that Sam was murdered and didn’t die from a natural heart attack.
