On the Friday, March 14, 2025, episode of General Hospital, Valentin proved that he just can’t stay away from his daughter.
Charlotte’s Home
Lulu (Alexa Havins) brought Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) back to Laura’s (Genie Francis) place and just marveled at her daughter being home with her. Charlotte said it felt weird to be there, but it was a good weird. She would miss her Papa but she was glad to be with her mother. Charlotte also stressed that Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) took very good care of her, they saw lots of exciting things, and he had sent her home with Anna (Finola Hughes) and Jason (Steve Burton).
Lulu called Laura (Genie Francis) to come home to see Charlotte, pulling her away from Trina’s (Tabyana Ali) birthday party at the Jerome Gallery. When Charlotte went upstairs, Lulu told Laura she was grateful to Valentin for sending Charlotte home, but she hoped he would stay away. Later, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) brought Rocco (Finn Carr) by, and he was overjoyed to reunite with his sister.
Carly Goes For It
Carly (Laura Wright) showed up at Jack’s (Chris McKenna) hotel room door and told him she was sorry she overthought everything and realized she was being ridiculous when she told him to go away. Jack wasn’t sold so easily and admitted that she hurt him with her rejection. Carly wasn’t about to let Jack go so she kissed him and let things go much further.
They made their way into the bedroom where they made love for the first time. Later, Jack took a shower and showed Carly his singing skills. When Carly went to the door to bring him the room service, she didn’t see Valentin lurking outside. So much for the last time you’ll see your daughter, huh Valentin?
Sonny’s Confession
Kristina (Kate Mansi) was surprised when she and Rocco walked into Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) house to find Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) finishing up an exam. Kristina was immediately alarmed and asked what was going on. Sonny said he felt under the weather so Isaiah was checking him out. Kristina didn’t buy it so she questioned Isaiah some more when Sonny was showing Rocco around. Isaiah told Kristina to ask her father for details cause it wasn’t his place to tell her anything.
Kristina asked Isaiah to take Rocco home and did just that. Sonny finally confessed that he had a heart condition but it was under control and he needed to have a procedure and avoid stress. Kristina deduced that the heart condition was the reason that Sonny decided to share custody of Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola) with Ava (Maura West). Sonny confirmed her suspicions, but he also wanted to see Avery with her mother and not see his daughter in court testifying.
Trina’s Birthday Party
Kai (Jena Austin Astrup) and Trina enjoyed a quiet night in her apartment when Ava called saying she was locked out of the gallery and needed Trina to bring her the key. Trina did just that to find it was really a ruse to get her there for a surprise birthday party with people who loved her in attendance. Laura was even there with a gift from Ace that he made himself.
Ava and Portia (Brook Kerr) had an interesting Drew discussion in which Portia updated Ava on her situation according to Ric (Rick Hearst). Both women wanted to see Drew (Cameron Mathison) brought down but Ava told Portia to just bide her time. She read off Drew’s enemies list and figured someone would take care of him one way or another, setting up a probable Who Shot Drew storyline.
Trina later opened more gifts and Emma’s (Braedyn Bruener) affected her the most. It was the same art book that Spencer gave Trina several years back. A pensive Trina snuck out of her own party and headed home to look at the copy that Spencer gifted her. The inscription made her think of him. All Kai wanted to know was where Trina disappeared to.
